Miss Libertine 2009-2011
Miss Libertine is an iconic venue in one of the oldest coaching hotels which is a heritage listed building in Melbourne's CBD, with 4 club nights a week hosting regular international acts. In the 5 years that Miss Lib's has been open, it has prided itself on pushing cutting edge music in a unique environment hosting local and international acts from a range of genres from hip hop to broken beats, techno to trance, experimental to indie.
With regular clubnights like Favela Rock, Twisted Audio, No Era, and more coming soon, the venue is home to many of Melbourne's promoters for big acts in an intimate environment.
Ghetto Kitty was promotions and Marketing manager for almost three years, responsible for all events and bookings, marketing campaigns and printed media, and she opened a seperate art gallery inside the venue called "For Walls" in June 2010, which you can see in the gallery section here under 'For Walls'
