The Sideshow Group Exhibition
In 2010, ten Australian artists were selected out of numerous submissions to participate in a group exhibition themed 'The Sideshow'. 'The Sideshow' exhibition at For Walls featured one work from each of the artists and several works from the grand winner of the competition, Lucy Fekete.
Participating Artists: Lucy Fekete (winner), Curran James (runner up), Kaitlin Beckett, Trish Leone, Nina Maskiell, Samara Owens, Basak Savcigil, Michael Anderson, Levene Wong and more.
Melbourne born painter, illustrator and cartoonist, Lucy has worked predominantly as a freelance illustrator in advertising agencies since 2006 on accounts that have included The Age, Medibank, Red Energy, and Mitsubishi.
'The Sideshow' was curated by Meg Woodsworth and Jon Beinart.
